About me
Hello, my name is Annalie and I am a therapeutic counsellor and psychotherapist.
I am a relational therapist, meaning at the heart of the way I work is the connection between us - I build warm, trusting relationships with my clients to ensure a safe environment where you feel heard and understood. Together we will explore what’s going on for you and find out what, if anything, needs to change.
I am here to understand you just as you are; I listen thoughtfully to hear what it’s like being you. I offer reflection, challenge and feedback to help figure out what’s going on for you, and can incorporate some tools to help you manage. I care deeply about my clients and am passionate about helping you find relief, acceptance and hope.
In my free time, you can find me spending time with my family, going on long walks, and having people over for dinner. I’ve recently discovered the joy of CrossFit, and find a bit of movement in my day helps provide clarity. I sing in a choir and am passionate about social justice. Alongside my private practice, I work in a music and dance conservatoire as a student counsellor.
